This is the City Museum in St. Louis.  There is an aquarium on the 2nd Level, and a Ferris wheel on the roof of the eleventh story.  There is a bus there too, that hangs over the edge.  But I'm sure you can see all that for yourself.  Pentax ME loaded with Kodak 400
